there is evidence when people try it and it actually works like me, i had a problem with internal monologue
first you have to stop the internal monologue if you have it
then you exercise ur eye muscles like your arm muscles so your eye can read faster
it takes time, few months at least. Internal monologue is not easy to shut off. it takes a lot of practice
was reading around 200 words after months of speed reading using software + other tips from the net i was able to read close to 500 words
it is Eye Q not IQ stupid
Eye Q is speed reading software it is about 40$ or you can download free from torrents
IQ means Intelligence quotient which is an intelligence test
do some googling first before embarrassing ur self

More like the Twilight Series, The Host, Horse training books, The House Of Night (think thats what its called) series, the Night World series, Men Of The Other World, etc..just lots of series I cant put down haha and I cant seem to sleep until I finish the book im on..im on a book right now actualy lol

I guess it depends on what kind of balance we want in the world. Do we really want inventions in the world to move faster if we have to move faster along with them? I’m having second thoughts.
I guess that it is recommended for professional purposes… imagine if you work with I.T…. you have to read thousands of articles, books, manuals and other things… and that’s sometimes painful… this technique helps you out when having to acquire knowledge fast…
